LOOKBOOK | Fisherman's pants for the non-fisherman
It's almost always shorts that we wear to the beach, sometimes loose-fitting pants in a lightweight fabric. But how about we throw in fisherman's pants into the mix, even if we're not in Thailand?
Fisherman's pants--or should I say shorts in my case here--are so comfy, it's not hard to love them. Putting it on, however, can be a little tricky for the first-timer because it has a really wide waist and it entails some folding and tying up but hey, there's Google for that.
I've had these pants for a long time now and I've paired them with everything from t-shirts and tank tops to buttoned shirts. Here I went with another buttoned shirt, a long-sleeved piece in linen. I thought it was a perfect complement to the relaxed feel of the fisherman's pants.
So serious. Why is it so hard for you to smile?
How I wish life was just full of vacations like this.
So are you ready to give fisherman's pants a try?
