LOOKBOOK | Not a bathrobe, it's a jinbei
I recently wrote about a traditional Japanese summer clothing called jinbei after wearing the top half of it with jeans. This time I wore the whole set--blousy top with matching shorts while on a short weekend trip down south.
There's a lot to love about a jinbei. It's lightweight cotton fabric and loose fit make it a perfectly comfy summer outfit. Yes, the top may resemble a robe but it is what it is, and I'm comfortable in it. Wore it with a pair of espadrille-like shoes and sunnies, and I was good to go.
[More about jinbei here: Because it's summer, go Japanese with a jinbei]
Happy weekend!
Photos taken mostly at Sitio de Amor Farm Resort.
